Note that the clocks go forward an hour, so please change your clocks tonight before you go to bed! For your enjoyment, expect to see sunshine, lots of smiley faces, patches of snow and mud as you run. – This is not a PB course! So enjoy the views and soak up the atmosphere. As temperatures drop tonight there is a chance of small patches of ice forming. The Sun may not clear these in time for the run so need to be treated with caution. (Walk if needed or run on the grass to the side) Located within ‘Rough Park’ section of the course is a small tree that has fallen over, which you can easily step over. If you don’t like to get your trainers muddy then you will be able to transfer your entry to our 25th Anniversary Race next year. If you decide to transfer your race entry to next year, you will need to let Lisa know via e-mail by Friday 5th April 2013. After this date no transfers will qualify. Race entries WILL be taken on the day, please arrive at 9am to register.
