Monthly Speedwork Session:
Speedwork
session for: JUNE 2010:
June 1st - Repetitions - efforts with recovery time. June 8th - Hills (venue TBA )
June 15th - Fartlek - town park area
June 22nd - Club Handicap Race. Test your speed.
June 29th - Tempo Run. (10 - 15 mins at below race pace)

Midland Vets Track & Field League:

Forthcoming Races: We no longer maintain our own Race Diary.
Excellent race information can be obtained from the following local sites:
Dudley Kingswinford Running Club - road races
Mercia Fellrunners - off road races.
We
will also publish from time to time details of any races not in these
lists and of course the Cross Country Leagues - and the Club Events
such as the Handicap series.
