The Ercall Hill Runners League 2010

rules of the league:
a) fell runs count towards points in the league. You have to post your results up to be sure of inclusion. They can be ANY fell race.
b) points are given out on the following basis: 2 points for finishing in top 1/3 of the field (a win) 1 point for finishing in the 2/3 of the field (a draw) and the rest get 0 points (you lose)
c) height difference is worked out as total height climbed this season plus your last race. In the event of a tie this will decide placings.
d) extra height difference feet - and very rarely - extra points will be awarded at the discretion of the organiser (AJ). There are no set rules for this, but if you deserve them, you will be awarded them.
e) Brian (The Snail) points will be awarded for finishing in 150% (1pt) and 200% + (2pts) of the winning time. This will be a seperate competition.
f) Promotion and relegation will be decided at the end of the season.
g) the organiser reserves the right to change any rules and run the competition as a benign dictatorship.
