Race the Train Aug 14th

Just to let you know I intend to book the caravan/camp site again for this years race, if you are interested you need to book your race, 5miles/10k or 14miles and let me know if you wish to stay on the site, I will be collecting names on my return for my hols in 3wks time,

Hi all,
Back from the depths of Kular Lumpur after spending the last week waiting for a flight home, very stressfull, anyway I am now ready and able to take the names for the camping etc for the race the train, please lt me know by the middle of May if you wish to have a spot, I have 30 places and have 19 members and families wanting having indicated to me that they wish to go. If I get more than 30 I am sure I can get more spaces as long as I get back to them next month. If you wish to go please let me know by any means of communication you can giving me details if you have a caravan or tent. We had a good time last year lets make it even better this year.

Only three weeks to the race, I have booked and confirmed the campsite for 19 (include members children) for 20th and 21st August, cost £5 per head per night, therefore those that are going can turn up Fri or Sat ask for Telford Harriers booking. Those in Caravans we have only one hook up to share (we managed ok last year)
The site is Vaenol in Twyn, postcode LL36 9HS, the site is only a little walk from the start / trains. Hopefully have a good BBQ Sat night and a good laugh.
