Telford Harriers - established in 1984, a friendly running club for all abilities.
About Telford Harriers
We are a fun and friendly running club based in Telford, Shropshire. Our club caters for all types of runners of all abilities and we welcome new members of all standards to come and join us.
We run three club evenings, two on a Tuesday (Horsehay and Priorslee) and one on a Thursday (Stirchley), where we offer a range of paced running groups and training sessions.
We have a fantastic team of experienced UK Athletics qualified run leaders offering runs at all paces, so there is always a run for you to get involved in at every club session. If you want to learn more about our run leaders please click here.
We have a good selection of routes to suit all tastes, these include road and trail routes. We also have a weekly performance and technique session taken by our running coach. All of our sessions are designed to be fun and enjoyable but to also aid our running to progress and improve as required.
Please take some time to look around our site and visit our running pages to learn more about who we.
In addition to our club sessions we also run couch to 5K courses during the year. Our C25K course is ideal for total beginners who are interested in getting into running, losing a few lbs or just want to get active. We have dedicated UK Athletic qualified run leaders who are experienced in running the course and run sessions from start to completion.
Upon successful completion of the course we run a graduation morning at Telford Parkrun which is supported by a large number of our club members to run with our C25K students and support and help around the 5k route.
